Return Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Orders can be canceled before delivery has been scheduled. Customers can return the merchandise within 7 days of delivery for a 70% refund minus the delivery charge. Items must be packed in their original boxes and in new conditions. Merchandise labeled “As Is”, “Floor Sample”, as well as any “Special Orders” are irrevocable and are not subject to refund, exchange or cancellation. Cash payments will be returned by check, two weeks after cancellation.

In the event Discount Furniture & Mattress takes legal action concerning the terms of this agreement. Whether or not the matter proceeds to judgment, Discount Furniture & Mattress shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and out of pocket costs incurred.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

The Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise before signing the receipt. Any damaged item must be returned with the same truck. 

RENT TO OWN

Customers agree to the terms of leasing companies provided. Please refer to the contract for terms and conditions.

OTHERS

Customer voluntarily assumes all risk of accident when using any product on this order and agrees to release of liability and forever discharge Discount Furniture & Mattress of any and all claims, demands or suits which have arisen or may arise as a result of the use of any product.
